Art Enabling at work

In-person or online art Initiatives for Teams, staff & professional practices

Humans are naturally creative, and modern life is undoubtedly stressful. Engaging in art activities allows time for participants to take a moment, disengage their busy brains, and let their minds wander whilst learning something new or rediscovering with once-lost hobbies and pastimes.

Six people, five women and one man, participating in a group activity outdoors on a wooden deck surrounded by plants. They are holding sticks over large sheets of paper with abstract drawings, possibly playing a game or engaging in a creative activity. I’ve been struggling to get back to art for years. Sam hits the nail on the head and inspires to just do it and keep it simple. Really looking forward to more of this course

I attended one of Samantha’s drawing events and we had the best time. Sam breaks down the traditional idea of what drawing should be, and was extremely helpful in encouraging everyone not to be self-critical if they were just starting out, which is often a huge stumbling block. She is creative and fun, and very welcoming no matter your skill level. Highly recommended!
