Come & Join us for a Group Drawing event in beautiful Felixstowe on Sunday 26th April, 10am - 1pm.
This isn’t so much a drawing lesson as a drawing-together dated organised and run by wonderful artist and illustrator Hannah Huntly (of HH Studio) and me ❤️
The idea is for us to meet up, head out for some primary source drawing, then either picnic together or head to a cafe (weather dependent)
Felixstowe offers us so many wonderful things to draw, the beach, amusement arcades, pavilions, Victorian buildings, shops & ice cream parlours to name just a few.
Depending on how many of us there are, and what you might like to draw, we may split into groups, gathering again to chat over our drawings. You can of course draw alone and rejoin the group later.
You will need to bring your own:
Drawing and art materials
Water bottle, suitable clothing
Other suggestions of things to bring:
A pop-up stool to sit on (I’ve just bought one of these and they are fab)
A pop-up side table to put your art materials on
Good walking shoes!
Our meeting place, suggested parking places, drawing spots, and more will be sent to you soon after checking out.
