'Acre Bakery'. Framed Oil Painting
There is a BEAUTIFUL new bakery opened here in our hometown of Woodbridge, Acre Bakery.
I am so enamoured by it for two reasons, firstly, the bread they make is quite literally the best I have ever tasted, and secondly, the family that has opened the bakery actually grows the wheat themselves on their farm - I mean, swoon.
As a total fan-girl, I painted it as soon as my feet carried me back to my studio.
This painting is made in oil on board. It is 30 × 30cm, signed, yearly dated, and titled. Final framed size is 42 × 42 × 3cm
The frame is actually a work of art itself too! Handmade in Cornwall, it’s from the St Ives style of framing, painted in ‘Joanna’ from the Little Green Paint company.
