Welcome to my 'Dog' Study.
This is a drypoint print, made by me on my press in my studio. You can read more about the technique of drypoint printmaking below and how I make them.
Each print is an original piece of artwork. I make 12 prints in the edition with a couple of Artist Proof's too, these are the first pulled prints from which the artist works on before heading on into the full edition.
'Dog' is a small'ish print, about 15cm in diameter printed onto beautiful watercolour paper which is 30 x 30cm. Each print has a deckled edge, this means that the edge of the paper is handripped, rather than cut and is a tradition which works really well with any type of intaglio printmaking.
Each print is hand titled, signed and numbered by me.
