Seventeen ‘Modern Folk Animal’ Art Pieces Heading To The Affordable Art Fair with The Art Buyer Gallery? Yes Please.

I am truly delighted and honoured to have SEVENTEEN original art pieces heading to The Affordable Art Fair in Battersea Park, London, with The Art Buyer Gallery.
14-18th October.

I had two methods in making these works.

1. Work quickly, let my hand do the work

2. No reference materials at all. After 30 years of drawing animals, I told myself I have more than enough muscle memory to make the works - I wanted some splodgy naivety to them and zero reference materials provided.

These two things together delivered a fresh collection that I'm really proud of, I'm also super proud that the wonderful eye of The Art Buyer Gallery spotted and wanted them.

Every single work I have exhibited with The Art Buyer Gallery this past year has sold.

All my Modern Folk Animals going to the fair are under £780. Each are framed beautifully (thanks to @debenframes, who make my world go round).

I've worked hard and am so excited to see how they are received. 🤞
